§ 115.019 CLASSIFICATION; FEE.
   Every person engaged in the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in the city shall pay an annual license fee. Such licenses shall be divided into the following classes.
   (A)   Class A; convenience store. Class A licenses shall permit the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in sealed containers for consumption off the premises where sold only, and not for resale in any form. The annual fee for such license shall be $1,500. Only two Class A licenses shall be issued.
   (B)   Class B; restaurants. Class B licenses shall permit the retail sale of alcoholic liquor at a restaurant and/or video gaming business, as defined herein, for consumption only on the premises where sold and not for resale in any form. The annual fee for such license shall be $1,000. Only two Class B licenses shall be issued.
   (C)   Class C. Class C licenses which shall permit the retail sale of alcoholic liquor at a restaurant and/or video gaming business, as defined herein, for consumption on and off the premises where sold and not for resale in any form; the annual fee for such license shall be $1,500. Only a total of two Class B and C licenses shall be issued.
