§ 30.36 QUORUM.
   (A)   At all meetings of the City Council, a majority of the corporate authorities shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and if no such quorum attends such meeting of the Council, the Alderpersons may adjourn from day to day until a quorum is present and shall have power to compel the attendance of absent members, except when such members are physically unable to attend such meetings.
   (B)   When the Council has a Mayor and six Alderpersons, a quorum is four, which may consist of the Mayor and three Alderpersons or four Alderpersons.
