(A) Prima facie proof. The fact that a vehicle which is illegally parked or operated is registered in the name of a person shall be considered prima facie proof that such person was in control of the vehicle at the time of such violation.

(B) Parking tickets - state statute. The City Council intends to utilize 625 ILCS 5/6-306.5 and the procedure set forth therein. The appropriate authorities are hereby authorized to utilize the statute and the procedure set forth therein.
