§ 70.01 ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE ADOPTED.

The State Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS and 1 ILCS, entitled “Title and Definitions,” as passed, approved, and amended by the State General Assembly, is hereby adopted by the city; the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the city.
