§ 53.083 FEE FOR SEWER TAP-ON.
   (A)   The sewer tap-on fees shall be as follows:
      (1)   For a family residence, the charge shall be $50; and
      (2)   For a multiple dwelling unit or a trailer court, the charge shall be $50 for each dwelling unit.
   (B)   For any store or establishment used for commercial purposes, the sum of $50 for each connection; if a building is erected to house more than one commercial establishment, the charge shall be the sum of $50 for each such establishment to be served with the sewer connection.
   (C)   If an industrial facility or other establishment, other than as designated in divisions (A) or (B) above or this division (C), desires a sewer connection, the sewer charge shall be a minimum of $50, and the fee may be set on the basis of the ratio of use that the facility would bear to the normal residential use as may be determined by the Superintendent or engineer of the city.
   (D)   For any single-family residence or multiple-family dwelling, for commercial or industrial taps made outside the corporate limits, the tap-on fee shall be $1,000.
   (E)   A fee of $50 for each tap-on connection inside the corporate limits to the city’s sewer system main for sewer service and for all additional tap-on fees for a sewer connection to the city sewer system is to be paid by the contractor upon approval of an application for service for each connection. The contractor shall be a certified plumber and provide proof of a valid license.
   (F)   All additional fees for a sewer service connection to the city sewer system shall be the responsibility of each applicant.
   (G)   No sewer service shall be provided to anyone outside the city limits, except to the school district.
