§ 53.082 SURCHARGE FEE.
   The rates of surcharges for BOD and SS shall be as follows:
   (A)   Per pound of BOD: $0.26 in excess of 200 mg/l; and
   (B)   Per pound of SS: $0.39 in excess of 225 mg/l.
