There are hereby created and established three wards for the city, to-wit: First Ward, Second Ward, and Third Ward, the boundaries of which shall be known and designated as follows.
(A) The First Ward shall comprise all that territory within the corporate limits of the city lying west of Johnson Street.
(B) The Second Ward shall comprise all that territory within the corporate limits of the city lying east of Brown Street and south of State Highway 166.
(C) The Third Ward shall comprise all that territory within the corporate limits of the city lying east of Johnson Street and north of State Highway No. 166.
