§ 51.062 ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS.
   After approval of design, plans, and specifications shall be prepared in accordance with the foregoing and with specifications for utility main extensions from time to time adopted by the Council. The plans and specifications shall be prepared by the City Engineer or a Civil Engineer acceptable to the Council.
