§ 35.20 WORKER’S COMPENSATION.

The maximum tax for Worker’s Compensation and Occupational Diseases Claims purposes shall be and the same is hereby established at a rate to pay for legal services, purchase insurance, purchase claim services, pay for judgments, and settlements.
