§ 33.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person convicted of violating §§ 33.20 through 33.35 or any order thereunder shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine as provided by § 10.99.
