Crawfordsville Common Council

An Ordinance Enacting and Adopting the 2021 S-26 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Crawfordsville, Indiana

Whereas, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the 2021 S-26 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Crawfordsville, Indiana, which supplement contains all general ordinances enacted by the Crawfordsville Common Council since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of this municipality, through calendar year 2020; and

Whereas, American Legal Publishing Corporation has also recommended the revision or addition of certain Code of Ordinances sections based on or referring to Indiana Code changed or added by prior sessions of the Indiana General Assembly; and

Whereas, the Mayor and Common Council intends to accept these updated sections of the Code of Ordinances under the changes to the Indiana law.

The Crawfordsville Common Council therefore ordains:

Section 1. The 2021 S-26 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Crawfordsville, Indiana, Indiana, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, and as attached, be and is adopted by reference.

Section 2. This ordinance will take effect and be in force after its date of passage.
