ORDINANCE NO. 10-2019

   AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING THE 2019 S-24 SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CRAWFORDSVILLE, INDIANA

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio has completed the 2019 S-24 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Crawfordsville, Indiana, which supplement contains all general ordinances enacted by the Crawfordsville Common Council since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of this municipality, through calendar year 2018; and

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation has also recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or referring to sections of the Indiana Code changed or added by prior sessions of the Indiana General Assembly; and

   WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council intends to accept these updated sections of the Code of Ordinances in accordance with the changes to the Indiana law;

   The Common Council of the City of Crawfordsville, Indiana, therefore ordains:

   Section 1.   The 2019 S-24 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Crawfordsville, Indiana as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, and as attached, be and the same is adopted by reference.

   Section 2.   This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its date of passage.
