§ 151.089 SANITARY FACILITIES.
   Every water closet, flush urinal, lavatory basin and bathtub or shower required by § 151.017 shall be located within a room which affords privacy and is separate from the habitable room, and which is accessible from a common hall and without going outside the hotel/motel room.
