§ 92.034  SOLID WASTES THE TOWN WILL NOT COLLECT.
   The town will not collect the following types of solid wastes and no person may place any of the following in any container or receptacle intended for collection by the town;
   (A)   Hazardous refuse and industrial waste. It shall be the responsibility of the person in possession of the premises where hazardous refuse or industrial waste is generated to see that it is disposed of properly.
   (B)   Contagious disease refuse. The removal of clothing, bedding or other refuse from homes or other places where highly infectious diseases have occurred shall be performed under the supervision and direction of the County Health Department.
   (C)   Building materials. The materials shall be removed by the owner of the property or by the contractor. No new certificate of compliance shall be issued until the material has been removed by the owner or contractor. Small amounts not associated with repairs, alterations, construction and demolition may be picked up by the town.
   (D)   Human tissues. Human tissues or waste resulting from operation, autopsy or obstetrical procedures or any other material of similar nature.
   (E)   Heated materials. Materials of any kind or nature, including ashes, that contain any hot or live coals or fire.
   (F)   Raw seafood. Raw or uncooked seafood waste (fish heads, grease and the like) generated by commercial seafood establishments.
