§ 152.17  MAINTENANCE STANDARDS IN GENERAL.
   Only electrical, mechanical and plumbing devices and systems which are (i) intended to be used at the time of inspection; (ii) being used at the time of inspection; or (iii) required by law at the time of inspection are subject to the applicable portions of this chapter.
