§ 132.08 EVENT ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITY.
   It shall be the responsibility of the event organizer to determine if any other permits may be required and to obtain and comply with those permits. A copy of any permit required to be obtained from any other agency shall be provided to the town as a part of the special event permit application process. Failure to comply with this section shall be grounds for denial or revocation of a special event permit issued under this chapter.
