(A) Any section or part of any park or trail may be declared closed to the public by the town at any time and for any interval of time, either temporarily or at regular and stated intervals (daily or otherwise) and closed to certain uses.
(B) The Manager, Director, Chief of Police or any law enforcement officer, with competent jurisdiction, may temporarily close or suspend activity at any park or trail as deemed necessary to maintain order, to protect persons or property or to promote the public safety, health and welfare.
