§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable pursuant to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Persons violating § 130.01 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500. The weapon shall be confiscated and shall only be released to its owner by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
