§ 116.06 DENIAL/REVOCATION OF PERMITS.
   (A)   The Street Vendor Coordinator shall have the authority to deny, suspend or revoke a permit for any of the following causes:
      (1)   Fraud or misrepresentation contained in the application for the permit or, in applying for the permit, failure to provide the information required by this chapter, by the town or the Street Vendor Coordinator;
      (2)   Fraud or misrepresentation made in the course of carrying on the business of vending or failure to pay required sales tax;
      (3)   A violation of a provision of this article or the review applications; and/or
      (4)   Conviction of the permittee for any felony or for a misdemeanor related to the vendor business authorized by the permit.
   (B)   The Street Vendor Coordinator shall have the authority to suspend or revoke a permit for any of the reasons stated in § 116.05 of this chapter.
   (C)   If a permit is suspended or revoked, the permittee shall have the right to appeal the revocation or the suspension to the Town Manager or his or her designee in writing within ten days of the suspension or revocation. The decision of the Town Manager or his or her designee shall be final.
