§ 114.07 INSPECTION.
   An applicant or any individual identified in the application under § 114.03(B)(8) or (B)(9) of this chapter shall permit representatives of the town’s Police Department to inspect the premises for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this chapter prior to the issuance of a license under this chapter.
