§ 113.03 UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE BUSINESS AND/OR CONDUCT PRACTICE WITHOUT LICENSE AND PERMIT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct the practice of massage and bodywork therapy, within the town, without first having obtained a license from the state’s Board.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct the practice of massage and bodywork therapy, within the town, without first having obtained a permit from the Chief of Police.
