§ 111.18  MANIFESTS.
   (A)   Every taxicab operator shall maintain a daily manifest upon which is recorded every trip, showing place of origin and destination of each trip, amount of fare, operator name and taxicab number. This information shall be recorded immediately after such trip is completed. The operator at the conclusion of his or her tour of duty shall return all such completed manifests to the owner. The forms for such records shall be furnished to the operator by the owner and shall be of a character approved by the Taxicab Administrator.
   (B)   If the certificate holder operates his or her company with the aid of a dispatcher, who dispatches from the depot or terminal, the dispatcher may maintain the daily manifest containing all of the information required in division (A) above.
   (C)   Every owner shall retain and preserve all drivers’ manifests in a safe place for at least 90 days, and the same shall be made available upon demand for inspection by the Taxicab Administrator or any law enforcement officer.
