(A) The town hereby authorizes the county’s Animal Control Administrator and animal control officers to enforce the provisions of this chapter within the corporate limits of the town.
(B) The town is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the county for enforcement of this chapter.
(C) Any sworn law enforcement officer of the town shall have all the powers as an animal control officer with regard to enforcement of said ordinances.
