§ 73.02 TRAINS BLOCKING CROSSINGS.
   It shall be unlawful for any railroad corporation, or any of its conductors, engineers or other employees, to allow any of its engines, trains or cars to remain on or over any of the public street crossings within the town for a longer time than five minutes, without clearing the crossing so that all persons desiring to cross the tracks of the railroad may have ample opportunity to do so.
