§ 73.01 TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNALS REQUIRED AT RAILROAD CROSSINGS.
   The railway company owning or operating the tracks shall be responsible for installing and maintaining appropriate traffic-control devices to regulate motor vehicle traffic at the railroad crossings.
