(A) Whenever a passenger loading zone is designated and clearly marked in accordance with division (B) below, no person may park any vehicle or permit it to stand in the zone for any purpose other than the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers, and then only for a period not to exceed three minutes.
(B) The locations specified by the town from time to time are declared to be passenger loading zones during the time periods included therein and the Administrator shall install appropriate traffic- control devices to give clear notice of the limitations set forth in this section.
