§ 72.36  PARKING LOTS FOR PUBLIC USE.
   No person may park a vehicle in any parking lot owned or operated by the town as a public parking lot at any place, except within the bounds of a designated parking space and in any manner other than that which will comply with the parking regulations applicable to the lot.
