(A) The lighting required by G.S. § 20-134 on parked vehicles need not be displayed upon any vehicle when parked in accordance with this chapter upon a street where there is sufficient light to reveal any person within a distance of 200 feet upon the street.
(B) Any lighted headlamps upon a parked vehicle shall be depressed or dimmed.
