§ 72.16  MANNER OF PARKING.
   (A)   No person owning or having control or charge of any vehicle may park or allow the vehicle to stand upon any street or public parking lot unattended without first effectively setting the brakes, stopping the engine, locking the ignition and removing the ignition key of the vehicle and when standing upon any grade of a street, without turning the front wheels of the vehicle to the curb or side of the street. Whenever any law enforcement officer shall find a vehicle standing unattended with the ignition key in the vehicle in violation of this section, the law enforcement officer shall remove the key from the vehicle and deliver the same to the police station of the town.
   (B)   No person may park or leave standing any vehicle that exceeds 19 feet in length in any location where head-in or right-angle parking is required.
