§ 71.08 NO THRU TRUCK TRAFFIC PERMITTED ON TOWN-MAINTAINED STREETS.
   (A)   No motor vehicle with more than three axles and exceeding 21 feet in length shall be permitted to travel on any town-maintained street, except solely for the purpose of discharging and/or collecting passengers or loading and/or unloading goods, merchandise or materials at points or addresses on a town-maintained street.
   (B)   The following motor vehicles shall be excluded from the foregoing restriction:
      (1)   Vehicle drawn trailers, when the vehicle drawing the trailer is not designated primarily for drawing a trailer;
      (2)   School buses;
      (3)   Charter buses; and
      (4)   Non-scheduled buses.
