§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the remedies contained in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, except as provided below.

   (B)   Violations of any parking provisions in Ch. 72 and 76 of this code of ordinances may be enforce, in the officer’s sound discretion, either by:

      (1)   Issuance of civil penalties as provided in § 10.99; or

      (2)   Issuance of an infraction citation requiring payment of a penalty not to exceed $50.

   (C)   Violations of any vehicle operation provisions of Ch. 71, 72 and 75 of this code of ordinances shall be an infraction subject to a penalty not to exceed $50.
