§ 70.19 PEDESTRIAN-CONTROL SIGNALS.
   The Administrator shall erect pedestrian-crossing signals in accordance with G.S. § 20-172 at the intersections and locations indicated by the town from time to time. The effect of the signals shall be as provided in G.S. § 20-172.
