§ 33.15  PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
   There shall be a Public Works Department under the direction and control of a Public Works Director appointed by the Town Manager. The Public Works Department shall have primary responsibility for refuse collection and disposal and street construction and maintenance. The Public Works Department shall also perform any other duties assigned by the Town Manager.
