§ 33.02  BUILDING INSPECTIONS DIVISION.
   (A)   The inspection of buildings for State Building Code purposes shall be under the jurisdiction and responsibility of the county.
   (B)   The enforcement of the town’s Minimum Housing Code shall be in the jurisdiction of the Town’s Police Department.
