§ 33.01  PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
   There shall be a Planning Department under the direction and control of a Planning Director appointed by the Town Manager. The Planning Department shall have primary responsibility for carrying out all town functions related to planning, community development, Land Development Code and Floodplain Ordinance. The Planning Department shall also perform any other duties assigned by the Town Manager.
