§ 32.03 FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Fire Department shall consist of a Fire Chief and as many employees and volunteers as budgeted by the Board, appointed by the Fire Chief and approved by the Town Manager.
   (B)   The Fire Department shall be operated in accordance with the Board approved budget, all applicable requirements of G.S. Ch. 160A and any other applicable state statutes.
