§ 32.01  POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Police Department shall consist of a Chief of Police and as many other officers as may be budgeted by the Board, hired by the Chief of Police and approved by the Town Manager.
   (B)   The Police Department shall be operated in accordance with the Board approved budget, all applicable requirements of G.S. Ch. 160A and any other applicable state statutes.
