The Board may hold closed sessions in accordance with the Open Meetings Law (G.S. Ch. 143, Art. 33C) and other provisions of law. The Board shall commence a closed session by a majority vote to do so and shall terminate a closed session in the same manner. The minutes from closed sessions may be withheld from public inspection so long as public inspection would frustrate the purpose of the closed session.
