(A) The Board shall proceed by motion. A motion, when duly seconded, brings the matter before the Board for its contribution.
(B) A motion may be withdrawn by the introducer at any time prior to a vote if the member who seconded the motion concurs.
(C) Subject to § 30.26 of this chapter and other provisions of law, official action of the Board shall be by affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the Board of Commissioners present and voting, except as otherwise required by state statute.
