§ 30.01 REFERENCE TO ROBERT’S RULES OF ORDER.
   Robert’s Rules of Order shall govern all procedural matters not addressed by the provisions of this chapter, the Town Charter or the Board’s own rules of procedures should any be duly adopted. However, no action taken by the Board shall be invalidated by a failure to abide by Robert’s Rules of Order.
