(A) Definitions. For the purpose of this code of ordinances, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOARD. The Town Board of Commissioners of the Town of Cramerton.
CODE. The Code of Ordinances of the Town of Cramerton.
COUNTY. The County of Gaston, North Carolina.
PERSON. An individual, trustee, executor, other fiduciary, corporation, firm, partnership, association, organization or other entity acting as a unit.
STATE. The State of North Carolina.
TOWN. The Town of Cramerton.
(B) Interpretation.
(1) Words importing the masculine gender include the feminine and neuter.
(2) Words used in the singular include the plural and words used in the plural include the singular.
