§ 92.05 OBSTRUCTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct the use of a fire hydrant, or have or place any material within three feet of a hydrant, or within an area extending 15 feet from any outlet of a hydrant. Any vehicle or material found as an obstruction may be immediately removed by the Fire Chief or any member of the Fire Department, at the risk, cost and expense of the owner or claimant.
