No person shall ride or operate a skateboard on sidewalks within the Business District of the municipality between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. No person shall ride or operate a skateboard on the viaduct located within the municipality at any time. For the purposes of this section, the
BUSINESS DISTRICT OF THE MUNICIPALITY shall be considered to include Meridian Avenue, between 6th Street and 10th Street, and 8th Street, between E Street and J Street.
