§ 90.37 ENFORCEMENT.
   The town shall, in not less than five business days of receipt of complaint, investigate said complaint. Upon verification or validation of complaint, the animal control officer will then notify the permittee in writing of said complaint. The permittee will have five business days to bring violation into compliance.
