(A) Payment of fee which shall be set by resolution of the Council, as stated in “Attachment A” (Application for Livestock Permit) incorporated in § 90.41.
(B) Livestock keeping permits issued for the first time shall expire at the end of the following December.
(C) To renew a permit, the applicant shall apply for renewal by February 28 of the year in which the permit is set to expire. The application shall contain the same information and shall be processed in the same manner as for new applications.
