§ 50.01 FTC IDENTITY THEFT RED FLAG RULE FOR UTILITIES.

   The Utilities Department will assess its existing identity theft risk for new and existing accounts and use the risk assessment to select measures (red flags) that may be used to detect attempts to establish fraudulent accounts or manipulate existing accounts through adoption of an identity theft program.
