§ 35.04 ACTIONS FOR VIOLATING ORDINANCES.
   Actions for violating ordinances may be commenced by filing with the Police Justice a statement or complaint, stating the nature of the offense and signed by the Town Attorney, Town Marshal or any responsible citizen of the town.
