§ 35.03 COSTS IN TRIALS.

The cost in all trials before the Municipal Courts shall be the same as those provided by law for similar services, in the courts of the Justice of Peace; provided, however, that there shall be assessed as part of the costs in each case the sum of $5, to be paid to the Town Attorney for prosecuting the case.
