§ 32.31 EMERGENCY OR DISASTER OPERATIONS FUND.
   The Emergency Management Council shall establish an Emergency or Disaster Operations Fund for its participating jurisdictions or a method of payment for expenses incurred as a result of emergency operations and disaster relief.
