§ 32.24 DUTY.
   It shall be the duty of the Emergency Management Council to promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the efficient management and operation of the Emergency Management Department, including the adoption of applicable regulations of the State Coordinator issued under authority of Wyo. Stat. § 19-13-105.
